What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you are ordering from outside the United States, you will need to include your driver's license number before payment is processed.
Will I pay sales tax?
Only packages shipped to Idaho will pay sales tax of 6%.
How do I return a piece of jewelry?
Please email us within 15 days of purchase for an authorization number. All charges will be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Can I order a custom piece?
Please email us with your description of the custom piece and we will forward it on to the artist.
My piece of jewelry broke, can it be repaired?
Please request any repairs by email and we will determine if the damage can be repaired.
How do I return a piece of jewelry?
Email us for a return authorization within 15 days of ordering the jewelry. If the jewelry is returned, all funds will be credited to the credit card that was used to purchase the jewelry.
