SHOPPING   
Q: Is placing an order safe?
A: We at Bayside Jewelry employ the highest level of security when it comes to protecting your credit card purchases through our 2048 bit encrypted payment gateway.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: All orders are shipped in a timely manner and you should receive a response of shipment within 2-3 business days whenever possible.

Q: How to redeem a gift certificate?
A: Gift certificates are available for purchase in both paper form and in "virtual" eGift Certificate form.  To redeem either of the gift certificates just enter the gift certificate code upon check-out.

Q: How do I redeem a coupon or promo code?
A: The promo or coupon code is redeemed at the time of checkout by type the code into the Discount Code box to the lower right of the shopping cart window.
 
Q: What payment methods are accepted accept?
A: You can purchase jewelry through our secure shopping cart using  Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, or American Express.  Bayside Jewelry also has paper or eGift Certificates where their gift certificate codes can be used at the time of checkout.

Q: Is sales tax applied?
A: Sales tax is applied only to residents of the state of Idaho.

Q: What if the item I purchased goes on sale at a later date?
A: If a piece of jewelry goes on sale within 7 days of purchase we will credit your Bayside Jewelry account with the difference of the amount of cost. 

Q: What is the privacy policy at Bayside Jewelry?
A: Our privacy policy with Bayside Jewelry is simple - We absolutely NEVER share any of our customer's information with anyone.

SHIPPING
Q: How do you ship orders?
A: We ship through the United States Post Office with the following methods: First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Overnight. We also ship international order by Internatal Flat Rate.  All domemstic First Class Mail orders ship free.

Q: Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and International Destinations?
A: We ship to anywhere in the US and Canada, this includes Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to a list of international destinations. For a list of countries we currently ship to refer to the (country drop down list)  located on the address page of the shopping cart checkout.
    
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES/ REPAIRS
Q: What is the return policy?
A: You may return an item for refund or replacement within 10 days of receipt, in the original, UNUSED condition. Email David@BaysideJewelry.com for your Return Authorization Number. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Included the invoice or packing slip with your return.  Please purchase Delivery Confirmation and Insurance on your return. Bayside Jewelry cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of a returned item.  The refund is processed to the same credit card and may take one or to cycles to appear on your statement.  We cannot take any returns on custom orders.

Q: What if I would like to exchange my jewelry?
A: You may exchange jewelry.  It is handled in the same manner as a return.  Please notify us within 14 days of receipt that you would like to exchange your item. We'll issue you an authorization number as well as place an order for the new item. Any difference in the purchase amount will be charged/ credited accordingly. Once the exchanged item is received, we'll ship the new jewelry. Please note, shipping fees are not refundable on exchange items

Q: What if my jewelry needs to be repaired?
A: If jewelry need to be repaired please call first, Diane  208.818.7724.  We will handle all repairs with 90 days of purchase free of charge.  After 90 days there will be a slight charge.

Q: Is it possible to purchase a single earring to replace the one I have lost?
A: If our jewelers still have similar stones and materials used to create the original piece we should be able to make a close match or possibly a new set if it's a favorite pair of earrings!

Q: What if I would like to change an item or place a custom order?

GIFT SERVICES
Q: What gift wrap/box services are offered at Bayside Jewelry?
A: Yes.  Items may be gift wrapped and a gift card added.  Just tell us what you would like to say at checkout.  All of our items are packaged in decorated jewelry gift boxes or pouches. 

Q: How do I purchase a gift certificate?
A: We make purchasing a Gift Certificate simply.  Select Gift Certificat from our main category, select either Paper or Electronic. Then fill out the uncomplicated form, select any amount from $10 to $5,000, and add our purchase to the shopping cart. Electronic purchases are send out once the order is completed. The Paper Gift Certificates are mailed out within 24 hours of purchase or at can be held to a time of the customer's choosing.

Q: Does Bayside Jewelry recycle?

A: Yes we do recycle everytning that can possibly be recycled or reused.  Not only do our artists create jewelry using recycled items, all jewelry is packaged in boxes made from 100% recycled goods, the mailing envelopes are made from previously used products, the bubble wrap may be on it's second, third or fourth tome around and all our printing is done on paper made from recyled products.

Q: Does Bayside Jewelry offer corporate gifts or large quantities of any jewelry?

A: Yes we do offer to make any given piece of jewelry in larger amounts for weddings, corporate gifts, goody bags or for any event you like.  Depending on the availability of the materials used we can create very similar pieces of jewelry in larger amounts.  Please use the Contact Us page.
