Shipping & Returns

 Bayside Jewelry will ship your order usually within 48 hours after the payment has cleared, except on holidays and weekends. To keep shipping costs at a minimum Bayside Jewelry ships orders through USPS (United States Postal Service). If you would like to make other shipping arrangements please contact Bayside Jewelry at sales@baysidejewelry.com.

Bayside Jewelry does ship internationally to Canada. Canadian buyers will be responsible for any fees associated with shipping.

If you would like your items insured, please contact Bayside Jewelry at sales@baysidejewelry.com  and we can arrange an extra fee to cover insurance costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Bayside Jewelry will make every effort to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Pieces can be returned within 5 days of receipt, unworn in the original packaging, for a full refund minus the shipping fee. Please contact Bayside Jewelry via email at sales@baysidejewelry.com prior to shipping the item back. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless Bayside Jewelry has made a shipping error or the product is defective. Returns must have a delivery confirmation. Any item damaged in shipping should be returned within 4 business days to be remade. All items that are on sale are final. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items.
